With 2 weeks to go till the 'big October game rush', ever gamer's wallets are hiding behind couches and commiting suicide, so really, how much do we on average spend on games a year?
Well on average I sort of earn ( odd jobs, pocket money, selling stuff and writings) a grand a year-ish, so I added up all the stuff I've bought this year and found that, I myself, have spent over £450.
Pfft, that's almost half of what I earn! But I can guess you guys with jobs and bobs earn a lot more than me, so how much do you spend on games a year?

id probably spend about £200 - £300 on games a year and next on my agenda fable2!

Done a rough estimate and for me its around £150. More or less each year.

About £200? That's only four games though. I tend to buy games that I know have the replayability factor.

This year about £400-£500. But I did buy Rock Band and Guitar Hero 3 this year.

Last year I bought just about every big game released
Probably spent something like £500-700 on games
