Thinking of getting Warhawk

I just played the demo from the US store and think it's a great game. Got a few questions first though.

1. Do many people still play it? I don't see anyone on my list playing it anymore.
2. It's £30. I have about £10 I can spend at the moment so I wanted to trade in UT3. How much would I get for it?
3. Will they let me have it for cheaper without the headset? I don't want to buy it off the store because i'll rather have it on disc and I don't need a headset.

Yeah I decided to wait till CoD5 comes out to trade UT3 in.

Used to play it loads till i got CoD4 ;] there were still a load of people still playing though about 500 games ish going at one time

I still play it from time to time and I'm spoilt for choise for people to play with.
