It isn't going to be easy, but if I push myself enough I feel I could give it up.
I've read a few things online to help me, any other tips?
I've been smoking for a while now and I don't really wannabe be around those who do smoke for a while, but I'm going to see my doctor tomorrow to get some patches/gum or something to help me out a bit, you know, a little boost.
But yeah, here goes.
I'll keep a regular diary of whether or not I've smoked.
