Game programmers?

Might be in the wrong area because I don't come round these parts often, but is anyone here a coder of programs and not just websites? My entire coding knowledge could fit inside a squirrel's nutsack as it were, but for some reason I'm convinced that creating a digital version of the most pointless game ever thought up is a good idea. It's a really really basic card game so hopefully it isn't likely to be a difficult task, but it would be hilarious for myself and chums if this could be made.

The game is "War", and it's a card game whereby all cards are dealt out to however many players there are, and quite literally the winner is the person whose top card from their pile has the highest value. They then get all of the cards in play, which are added to the bottom of their pile, and another card is drawn for each player. It needs no skill other than the skill of turning a card over, and it's almost impossible to actually win outright, hence it being the worst game ever. We came up with an additional feature that involves root beer, but it's entirely pointless (more so than the game itself) so I think that can be done without.

God knows how it would be coded but hell, if someone's up to the task they would be a full on legend and I might even be able to get some money involved, who knows. Damn this is a big post, sorry but I was pressured to find out if it's possible

Yeh... that's pretty easy. Is this a web app or a desktop app?

Either really, although multi player online would be hilariously crap if it's not much more difficult to make... wow wasn't expecting any replies to this lol, immense

I can do any graphics because that's easy anyway, I just have literally no programming skill haha
