    Exclamation CAN ANYONE DESIGN ME A LAYOUT

    can anyone design me a gud layout with a navigation bar i frames and hit counter (habbo style) could it be blue and red and have a title at the top to see my idea go to www.freewebs.com/neelyworld/layout.bmp if u can plz reply or pm me cheers
