To trade you right click a player and click 'Trade with (Name)'

Go to F2P Bounty Hunter (safer than P2P) and wear full rune. Almost everyone wears full rune in F2P, so you won't stand out and hopefully won't get attacked. Get the other account to kill you, so they get your armour. They have to wait for the 3 minute penalty before they can leave so it's a good idea to bring some food incase you get attacked.

..or, if you have a low combat level, it's possible to trade by junk trading (you sell junk to the other person).
