    Do this
    1) delete beep.sys from c:\windows\system32\drivers\
    2) start windows in safe mode and clean your registry
    3) kill 'delete' Brastk.exe and Karna.dat from c:\windows & c:windows\system32
    4) your done

either that or download the Brastk.exe remover.

I'm quite confident that bubble you've screenied is a fake which is being displayed by the spyware it's self. It doesn't quite look real and the word 'prevent' has been spelt wrong and I've never came across any typo's within Windows. Don't click the bubble otherwise you'll end up installing more Spyware, which will lead to virus's, keyloggers etc. It also spells 'recommended' wrong. It's not very professional or like Windows at all. There's not a space after the full stop either, quite a few mistakes.

From what I can tell, the Spyware is telling you that you have Spyware so that you download some more Spyware, little confusing but rather common.
