    Default "Your Country Needs You"

You should know by now that if it says Eurovision on it, I will jump right upon the bandwagon.

This year, we will be doing an amazing big Nancy/Maria&Oliver/Joseph selection for Eurovision called "Your Country Needs You". We came last (again) last year, so the BBC have shipped in Andrew Lloyd Webber to write a song, and a member of the public to sing a song. This means we only choose a singer, rather than a song, reducing the chances of a novelty song, or a song which is plain awful.

On top of the jury vote being reintroduced, our little country may have a chance of getting a sixth victory, with an experienced song writer, and maybe some more points off the juries. The juries are a good idea, because three countries announced their backup jury votes - we got 6 points off San Marino, then from the juries that weren't used, 8 points off Turkey and Bulgaria. Much better.

Discuss the great news. I will scream and shout at anybody who is horrible to the UK or Eurovision, or ALW.

Remember - Your country needs YOU!

Im so glad that juries are being brought back. Last year we may have got a decent place if we went on backup jury votes alone as our song was good. Hopefully Andrew Lloyd Webber being world renound may get us some kudos :8!
