Dout this website is in anyway accurate, but it gives an intresting insight.

Only issue we have here is the actual valid reason this sites open, and thats because its a fansite for Habbo, and if they knew that, it wouldn't be worth 3/4 of its real price.

This site is worth at least 1/3 or 1/5 that, for the simple fact it's a Habbo fansite and no-ones going to pay thousands for one, not because it's a Habbo fansite, but because it of the effort and power it takes to run one. The only reason anyone will pay that much would be for the members and popularity :/
