Is there any easy way to do the like 5 badges in 1 lounge session achievement?

Play as a 5 star team such as Manchester United against a half star team such as Accrington on amateur difficulty and win by a large number of goals.

Try not to conceed many freekicks/penalties, score hatricks, get a players match rating to 10, high percentage of passing, try and get most shots on target same with passes.

Should get the achievement in one match.
