Default 'Aye Up - Michael goes to Belgium!!

Yes, I went to Belgium a few weeks ago and never posted something about it, we went on a school trip!!

I've tried my best to get pictures without us on it! So here's a photo story

This is our coach company. Could you think of a better name than that? We travelled down to Dover overnight if you're wondering why it's all dark.

1/2 an hours sleep was had, then we found our way to Dover, and on the ferry (It was a 6.00am ferry, ow!).

This is good for the Earth.

We've been going round cemeteries and museums for the first day, and then it was time for a guided tour around Ypres (This was a history trip btw)

Noel, our tour guide. You can almost guess the chants we sung for him! He also pronounced 'Poem', 'Poom'. We loved him!

    So much loss.

Imitation sandbags, you can almost see me on this photo!

Memorial crosses. People had relatives who had died in the 1st World War. Pro Patria means for the country.

This is Tyne Cot, the biggest commonwealth cemetery in the world. The guy who is wearing the poncho was highly annoyed as it was raining at the time and he forgot his coat!

This is the Menin gate, every night at 8.00pm, traffic stops around Ypres and the 'Last post' is played. The BBC were there, we're gonna be on this week coming, 4th - 8th July at 12.00pm on BBC1, in other words, during lunch!

This is a German Graveyard in Langemark, it's got more bodies than Tyne Cot but a lot smaller.

France. I don't like the French. They tried to arrest me!!! I was in the Hypermarket in Calais, and they suspected me of shoplifting. Thankfully, it was sorted out, and we got on the ferry!!

And that was our trip, in a nutshell really! On the way up North on the bus though, we had an awards ceremony, I won the award for closest to becoming arrested Lmao!!!

    Ta-da!

    Healthy?! MOI!

I've got 4 massive boxes of Belgian Chocolates in the shape of seashells downstairs!
I litteraly spent all my money on bowling & chocolate (There was a bowing alley in the hotel!!).

You don't wanna know what shape some of those chocolates in the shops there were. Reminds me of, Amsterdam
