Default Memory & Humanity - Funeral For A Friend

Actually bought it earlier (shock shock horror) and I'm just not getting into it. Skipping through songs half way through and just generally not liking it. It's not that it's bad it's just a bit... slow?
Hopefully it'll be like Tales... and it'll grow on me.

I thought the same. There's a few songs which are alright, but other than that it's a major let down for me. I've listened through it about four or five times, and it has grown on me a little, but not tons They said they were bringing back the 'agressive vocals' and the sound from Casually Dressed, but they didn't bring them back enough. A lot of the songs have the; slow intro, build up, chorus, slow bit, build up, chorus thing going on.
Hours will always remain their best album imo.
I must say, I'm not really looking forward to seeing them in November anymore.
