    Default Staying Awake

Way too frequently I'm coming to the verge of falling to sleep in lessons, I've virtually ran out of ideas. If I end up doing a boring piece of work or I have to listen to a teacher silently for over 10 minutes I really struggle to stay awake and I temporarily drift off for a few seconds and my handwriting just becomes scribbles on a page. No one has commented yet but I imagine it could be potentially embarrassing falling asleep and I also feel I'm falling a little behind.

I've began having a weetabix breakfast and fruit juice but it hasn't really made that much difference. I've tried going to bed earlier and I can perhaps push this a little further but I was wondering if there was anything else I could do? As soon as I start talking to someone I usually wake up straight away and feel rather positive and 'ready to work'.

Have a coffee or tea before school for the caffein boost and go to bed at a reasonable time so you get 8-9 hours sleep
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.
