    Question [Help+3REP] Webcam

Alright, basically this PC is new and I think by default you get the 'webcam' image by default on MSN. So anyway to remove it? The only thing that shows when I click it is; Show my webcam & Start a Video Call.

    Thanks.

Main MSN Window (with contacts etc. in) > Tools > Options > Near the bottom it says:

    "Webcam

Allow others to see that I have a webcam"

    Untick it, and press OK.

I think that's what you want...?
    Kind Regards,

    Guy

This might do the job as well, otherwise, I don't think that is possible.

    Edit:

You are not in the right place. You go to the main MSN contacts window... not a conversation.

    Then:

Tools > Options > Near the bottom it says:

    "Webcam

Allow others to see that I have a webcam"

    Untick it, and press OK.

No, I mean what I say.

Perhaps you have to maximize it to see what I am talking about....

Then go to Tools > Options > Near the bottom it says:

    "Webcam

Allow others to see that I have a webcam"

    Untick it, and press OK.
