Help? In need of a script...?

I'm in need of a script like this one on www.uk2.net (incase you can't see it - when you click the present a voucher code appears) I need a script or whatever that can do this, I imagine it would be simple-ish? If anyone could point me in the direction of one or give me one I'd be greatful..
