Right, I had this habbo which I registered in '04, I forgot the pass and that email that I used to register with expired so can I do anything? all I have is DOB and ISP.

I highly doubt you can do anything to retrieve your old account with only your DOB and ISP. I could just go along and say 22nd March 1989, and Virgin Media. They wouldn't give me any info.
To get your account back, you would at least need your email address, and also proof of any credit transactions or other information which you may have entered or given.
Sorry to break it to you, an '04 account would be pretty nice. Shame my '05 was hacked..
