    Default Argos Returns/Guarantee

    Hiya.

Basically, my ipod speakers that I bought from Argos in like Febuary have completely stopped working. I didn't do anything at all, just this morning don't turn on at all when I put power on. Tried taking plug out and using batteries but still no luck so it's something to do with the actual speakers rather than the power supply.

I was nosing just there, and apparantly I have a 1 year guarantee on them, and a nearby argos is open to 8pm so I'll drive over tonight and try and return them. I still have the wee bit of paper attached with my order no.

So I am just wondering if anyone has maybe returned something to argos before and how it will work? Will they just take it off me and give me a new one back or...?

They'll send it away to Apple to get it fixed if it's past your one year guarantee. If it isn't they'll give you an exchange or refund.

Oh and if they send it off to Apple, you have to pay for it to be sent away and fixed :|

i work in argos LOL, i don't think you can get refunds on things past 30 days even with the 1 year guarentee, i would assume they will send them of or exchange them
