Default PSN Downloads - Very Slow

I've been downloading Mirror's Edge for about half an hour and it's only done 22% and the demo is about 950mb. Can anyone tell me why it's downloading so slow? Thanks.

Software updates, I'd do the same for demos but I can't find any.

I changed my status to not available and watched the demo download and it went up my 1mb every 3 seconds. That's like, 0.33mb per second. :@
