I had that... I couldnt enter no rooms when I first got that neither so something wrong... I think when they were updating the collectables

I think the entering rooms came seperately, Not being able to enter rooms usually happens when you log on with lag.

Like others have said, check your homepage, if theres nothing on your homepage check your hand because it may be a HC gift or something
