I will design uncoded habbo layouts also.
I am wilingly allowing to accept PAYPAL (preferably) and Habbo (UK).

The layout is quite good, but the nav buttons aren't nice.
The boxes on navs are nice, but you've chosen the wrong style to have as nav_top
