Hello i take no credit for the layout apart from coding it :-)
It is from habboring and i decided to code it since it was not coded.

background image can be changed just press control + f in the index file and search for background also navigation can be changed :-) I will setup a tut soon for newbies for how to setup layouts

I haven't downloaded it, but nice of you doing this.
I guess you've coded it in tables.. try coding in expandable divs next time, will look much nicer
