E2160 is 1.8Ghz Stock so i'm assuming its that, which is about 40 quid
4GB ram is about 40 quid
    160GB HDD is 30-40 quid
Nvidia 8400 is about 30-40 if its the 8200 which is integrated then it'll be nxt to nothing.
DVD RW will be about 15
5.1 Surround sound about 30-40 depending on brand
Windows XP is about 40? is it even legit?
Mobo has crap graphics slots, so that'll be worthless

Yes but AGP is useless and not used anymore. The estimates yourself and Scotteh have given are incredibly optimistic.

You can get second hand DVD Drives for like a fiver these days etc.

RAM may be expensive when you buy it, but when its second hand its worthless because it may be corrupt etc etc
