You load the song with singing and stuff and could you take just the beat from that song, is there a program that does this? If so post the links. Thanks.

No, you need the song saved as an arrangement otherwise its just one long audio wave.

You might be able to manipulate the voice in some programmes but, because of there being no layers, id say you defiently cannot delete the voice.
