    Default iPod Nano (3rd Gen)

My brother gave me his iPod which doesnt work lol, it's screen is broke and it is registering on the pc. He bought it last year (Christmas 07') and I was wondering would it still have warranty on it from Apple. He always sent it away once due to the same problem and Im taking they either didnt fix it properly or they sent him a new iPod and he's done the same thing again. Anyway I can fix this or is their any warranty left?

I'm guessing they would not do anything, as it seems like something the owner of the product has done - not a fault with the product itself. You could always have a word with Apple Support and see what they say, you could find that you might be able to get something worked out :]

If is a fault in the iPod itself, then yes, normal warrantys last a year, so you have about a month left.
The worst that could happen is that they will say no.
So, I think you'l be ok, Good luck.

I wouldn't send it away if you didn't have to.
Go into an Apple Shop with it and just say "I took it out my pocket and it did this.." and then they'll replace it.
They did it with my iPod Mini last year and they still replaced it.
