    Yes, acrostic is correct.

    An acronym is abbreviations. Example: FIAT could be an acronym of Fix It Again Tomorrow.

    Acrostic is where you write downwards. Example: An Acrostic Poem is where you would write a poem having the first letter of each line spell something.
