How can I get this for free because I need it for longer than 30 days for a college course.

Get your/parents credit card/debit card details, purchase it (pay parent back if you use their) then it'll allow you to download then validate.

Remember to buy it as a student - adobe discount quite alot for students

It will cost you £139.82 from the education store.
You can't get it free, at least legally. Can't you ask your college if they can get their hands on a copy for you? Else, use the college computers. I do not believe that a personal copy of Fireworks is a required element for the course.
