So uhh i got a few questions

How much do purple sweets heal?(in hp)
What do sara brews raise/ put down?(in all stats,also how much hp/def or w/e do they give)

If im planing on going to Jad should i bring Addy, Rune, or Diamond (e) bolts? and how much of each

2-3 hp per sweet
16 hp and 19 defence (defence might be different depending on your original defence lvl) they put every other combat stat except prayer and summoning down by something like 10 again might be different though depending on original level

Yeh brews put u down in rage as well but thats why you take super restore to restore the stats that go down
