SMS Polling and T2V Software

Hey there!
Ive googled around alot and havent found anyone that suits my needs with the SMS voting systems so i thought i'd ask here.
Im in need of a piece of software that enables people to text to a number and class as 1 vote, which are then totalled onto a Program on my computer or on my Server. If you know of any people who can do this, please share

Text2Voice software i'm in big need of!
I know Habbox Uses one on one of their jingles and i was wondering what piece of software this is.. does anyone know the name?
