So i went pking on my defence pure right, i see this afk who wasn't moving with full rune trimmed kill him and only get a rune square sheild and rune plate helm WTH???

It all depends on - if your skulled, how much stuff you have ect ect.. if they're skulled, how long you've been in PvP.
