He will actually as he uses new discs or something and a program that makes it seem as if the game is an actual retail legit copy, so he won't get banned.

That's what you think. He played GOW early, and even people with a legit copy got banned. It no longer matters what you use, they got banned. I still voted yes due to the fact he hasn't been online for around a week due to the update.

Looks like he still could be in danger, depends which GOW copy he got. People are saying it could be a bad game or a bug due to the fact the nov logs have not changed. Makes no sense to me but meh.

He uses a program as he said that makes them think it's an actual retail disc though, so I doubt he would get banned, how do they know he's not an undercover game developer or something? They don't just go banning everyone who torrents the game.
