Okay, I'm in need of a new vbulletin theme, I don't have paypal cash so it'll be like habbo seasonals (love sofas) or admin on my forum when I launch it!

anyway..

I need a theme and hoping for one like:

He asked for a theme/skin not what type of software to use.

I'll doubt you'll get a skin for a few habbo seasonals or admin as most of the people who can make them can get much more for a skin.
