www.uploadpicz.com is very good as it's owned by Habbox!
Also www.imageshack.us and www.photobucket.com aren't that bad, and if you want to make albums and mass-upload, photo bucket is your one.

I personally reccomend tehupload.com. I use it to upload everything (unless an image being uploaded to a certain place by an app).
