Extra notes.

High demand for the new Neon furni.
Cred's & Petal's are very common.
Most HC furni isn't selling well.
Cred's are more stable - 13/14 cred's per HC.
Alot of petals for sale.
Snow Patches will probly rise over xMas.

Nice report. Some Values i don't agree with but we all see different trades.
Next Step: Trying adding some colour, pictures and comments. Comment on how you think the value will do in the future. For colour just use a simple guide like:

You've included Categorized rares in your report which don't go under this section so remeber then next time

As dan said ignore netaxes are its the quality of the values, though in the rare values department we like our staff members to show an understanding of the rare values market, for example -

Grey bird bath - 32.0 - Seen oce - I think in the future this rare will only increase due to the very small amount in the hotel and the fact its gone from 13CS in a few months, it also helps that its the rarest normal rare.

Good report anyhow! 8/10!

Dan, i said, colour is not required but it makes the report look nice. Agreed with Aydan on the layout.

Like I said, you don't need to add colour, it just looks nicer.
