Rare - Value - Number of times seen.

You could also add come colour and pictures. Use a colour guide like this:

Below Habbox Price

Also add some comments of the rare. How the rare is doing in the market, do you think the price will increase or descease and why?

I think the Throne will increase in price. The throne is a very unstable rare right now. The reason the price is going up is because demand for them is high but supply is low.
