Something like TVersity?

Hello,

I need a program that I can use to stream video, photos and music to my Xbox.. Now i've been using Windows to do this wonderfully for years but now I want to be able to stream it while encoding it on-the-fly like TVersity does. Now this is all great.. but I want to stop people like my dad looking through my Media, in WMP you can deny and allow access to certain devices. Well I want to deny my mums laptop, my dads computers etc... but only allow my 360 and PS3 to get at the media.

So basically, something like WMP where I can limit where the media can be streamed to, but also with on the fly encoding.
