Windows Help!

Hey,

Basically when I load up the computer everything seems fine. Then when I choose what user to load up it then just brings up the background. It doesn't show me a task bar or any icons and even when I right hand click it does nothing. It seems as if the Windows System isn't working as such. Any idea what I can do? Whether I have to do something upon start-up of the computer? i.e F8 and then what etc?

Please, much help needed!

When you select user and log in

Ctrl alt delete and go to processes file > new > explorer.exe and it should run
