    Default adobe shockwave help.

Ok theres a few applications i use that need adobe shockwave, for example habbo and runescape. I have tried to download adobe shockwave and it says: Sorry, your platform is not supported. (BTW, i have a linux operating system)

Is there anything that can be done about it?

You'll probably need to get one of them programs that you get for Mac , that makes like all windows applications work on it, even tho ther not supposed to, but you can with this special program.
You will probably get one for Linux .. but i dont know the name, sorry.

Your post is rather ironic as Wine actually stands for Wine is not a emulator ^^

However if you do use Wine then you'll have to run the whole browser in it, you can't just use shockwave in it.
