Ok, well my laptop speed to the internet is 11.0 Mbps
How can i make it even faster?
Stupid question i know, but i need it faster.

Get a new router, I use netgear and get 108mbps

@above that's your network speed not the internet.

If you use an ethernet lead instead of the Wi Fi it tends to increase speed.
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.

Your net speed is 5.3mb.
The speed you get on laptop like 11mb or 100mb etc is the speed of your network, for filing sharing etc, wireless is always worse than proper wire connection, wire connection usually gets 100-700mb wireless is usually under 50

Network speeds and internet speeds are different. I can move files around my network at around 100mbps but my internet speeds are only 2mbps

Improve network speed? or internet.
To improve network you can use wired connection
or set up priority access if your network supports it.

I get 54Mbps but I'm using a dongle (love that word
), and my dad's wired and he gets more.
So if I force him to wire me in I'll get better speeds?
