They've recently risen to 70.0cs.
However, recently they haven't been selling well and so I would expect a decrease in the near future. I think they will go back down to around 60.0cs-65.0cs before they start rising again, which they usually do.

In the long run increase! Though there will still be alot of decreasings!

They were being seen at 70cs now at 66-65 so no doubt they will be decreasing

Still think they are decreasing..
But thrones are funny like that. I have been on the hotel for years and every year, it sees a rise in about 20 CS.
My opinion: Buy when 60-62 CS and sell when they are rising again. But dont leave it too late.
