Has anybody ever felt a hedgehog? Are they as priickly as they look? I saw a video earlier of someone just picking them up by putting their hands around their spiked bodies without gloves. :S

Nah, most of the time they have their spikes down. So it's just like touching some wood that moves really. Although baby hedgehogs have like the softest feel to them :] My dad's mate has a few of them, she rescues them and nurses them back to full health ;]
This is our situation and we're happy to be here,
I wouldn't change this place for anything.

I hedgehog got caught in a net in my garden and I spent like 3 hours untangling it. It did hurt a bit because when they're scared they go all sharp

    When they're relaxed there soft.

If you like stroke them downwards then they're fine but if you like.. push you hand on them in the direction of their *****les then they hurt

EDIT: ....... Guess what the ***** is >_>
No more dreaming of the dead as the death itself was undone
No more crawling like a crow for a boy, for a body in the garden
No more dreaming like a girl so in love, so long

My nickname is Hedgehog, the gel I use makes my hair so solid it can rip through paper.
    VO5 Freeze Gel ftw.

Btw, they are soft when I felt em

We had a Hedgehog in our garden walking up the path, my dog was barking at it like mad and it wasn't fussed. Crawled under the shed and we never saw it again.

As for picking one up, I wouldn't know
