Does anyone else have problems with virgin media remotes. Mine seem to not work half the time. I get forced to power off the entire box then try again (The buttons on the front of the box stop working as well :rolleyes: sometimes)

It happens to the box in my room but most of the time it sorts its self out.

The odd thing is it happens to all three boxes in the house, also the epg is blank some of the time.

Mine doesnt do this.
Good thing about VM is that you rent the box off form. Unline sky where u buy it from them.
Just give them a call and they can sort it out

Do you have the blue one which look ergonomic, but really really isn't?

Taking the batteries out and replacing them has fixed any problems I've had.

the one downstairs on the v+ box doesn't work half the time, i press the button then like 5mins later it cfomes up on the screen yeh.
