Frames per Second.
it's pretty much the transaction between frames.
a low frame rate means you can't get as many frames in a second. Meaning, what would look like a 'bumpy' game.



You would be able to play, but as i said it would be bumpy. Also, update your drivers and ram!

512MB ram is not great, nor is your graphics card fantastic, however 2.8Ghz Intel Celeron isn't too shabby for playing WoW.
