    I have installed windows 7, but my wireless adapter isn't working and i can not connect to a network?

    PS. I'm guaranteed to get -REP

    No, we're meant to be teenagers who happen to be reasonably good on computers. Some are better than others and a bit of patience never hurt anyone.

    Windows 7 is a prebeta OS so not everything will work. Have you install the drivers for your device?

    Contact your computer provider through the "Help" option on your computer.

    Always works for me. Just say you've recently purchased the new Windows 7 software and it isn't working poperly through their computer.

    Go and find the drivers for your specific model/make of laptop/wireless card and just download the Vista drivers, put them on a USB stick and then move and install them on your Windows 7 install.

    Run them in compatibilty mode as vista.

    The thing is, it's in pre-beta, so they most likely won't be able to help.

    If you'd say what make and model your adaptor is, we could find the drivers for you.
