Update of some current Rare Values

There are a few rares I have recently been watching in the trade rooms which I think need updating.

Name: The Medieval Bookcase
Current Habbox Value: 0.5
Current Trading Value: 0.2 to 0.3
Why: It's a space consuming and pointless rare which is rarely seen used in rooms.

Name: Science Machine
Current Habbox Value: 0.5
Current Trading Value: 0.2 - 0.3
Why: Once again it takes up a lot of space and has no purpose.

Name: Persian Carpet
Current Habbox Value: 0.3
Current Trading Value: 0.5
Why: It is useful and is the only proper rare carpet which works well in a variation of rooms.

Name: Black Monolith
Current Habbox Value: 1.5
Current Trading Value: 2.0
Why: Unusual Rare with a good use and looks professional and interesting.

Name: Throne Sofa
Current Habbox Value: 1.0
Current Trading Value: 1.5
Why: It had been 1.5 for a long duration of time as is considered more valuable than a Hc. I have not seen a Throne Sofa Being traded for a Hc for very long time and a Hc is the same value according to Habbox.

I am not sure where these values are coming from seeing we cannot currently trade on the hotel? The values have been nicely set out but I just can't see these being real as we cannot trade.

It's been down since Friday, if they were from friday they would most probably be inaccurate.
