Video Streaming with graphics

Hello,

I host a show on U-stream but need to add a few more features if possible:

I want to be able to run my web cam through a peice of software which will add graphics to my stream, for example send down a video with sound during the interval of my show and add my name (and the other presenters names) in the lower third.

My webcam is a Logitech Sphere MP connected to a Windows XP Home Machine.

I have tried ManyCam, but that doesn't route the sound of the video down into u-stream.
