    Default Possible Idea Competition?

I'm thinking of holding a competition, where you have to have a web 2.0 website idea based on socialness(lol?).

The prize would be $500.00 (roughly 250 pounds), it'd have to be a totally original idea. No flash/flex/desktop based ideas (can include minimally, or as an addition per se.).

Must be 100% original. I'd spend a while making sure it is original.

It couldn't just be a simple 1 paragrapher. It has to show ways to get users interested, how to monetize it (usually advertising), among other obvious things. If it's original, it'll probably be the person who explains the most who would win.

Also, is there any [legitimate] escrow service out there? More people would apply if it was a guaranteed prize.

    Thanks,

    Charlie.
How could this hapen to meeeeeeeeeeeeeee?lol.

So basically you want someone to come up, for you, a fully original site with unique ideas, a business and revenue model, and other things.. for just $500.

I know that's a bit of money for an idea, but when you look at the big picture, for something unique, along with a business/revenue model.. that's a chingy amount.

I don't know anyone who would give up a perfectly good idea, in exchange for that little amount of cash, when they could probably make 10x more, in a shorter amount of time.

    $500 is about £330, not £250.

It's a nice idea I think for those people who couldn't afford to take on a large project such as this themselves, then they can get their idea made and get some money for it too. Good luck with it!
