As at like a throne then got given out in exchange for diner points at them diner races and was common for a while. But now they're getting pretty rare, kind of like strawberry ICM's.

Scimp offered 2T then checked on the holy bible habbox and saw your value of it and retracted his offer. I think this proves your value is inacurate as if it wasn't there then the ICM would have sold for 2T.
