From here on in Carmichael constantly hogged a computer, and later on in the day he got his feeble William Wonka out and started flapping it about like a pigeon's wing. Staff were too shocked to deal with the issue and one was disgusted upon being handed a sandwich with his transparent man goo in it.

Computer Hacking and Harrassment
APPREHENDED Charles was reported many times for hacking users of Habbo Hotel using his alias "Finch-HIMself". On top of this, he has been incessantly harrassing a young girl named Alicia over the internet. She reported him many times, for calling her mother non-stop when she blocked him on Windows Live Messenger, calling every hotel in Prague to find her while she was on holiday, constantly threatening her on Windows Live Messenger for talking to other men and many other things. He also broke his mother's phone when she confiscated his internet. Unfortunately our police have not had a sighting of this young man as he does not exit his house often.
UPDATE: As can be read here, our work has been cut out for us as Sulake and the FBI have caught Mr Bailey. He is trying to reform while doing time in prison but reportedly he has found it hard between using his limited phone calls on old internet buddies and being probed in his skinny ass by big black men under the influence.
