If your running Windows Vista, you can use ReadyBoost.

You can use your USB flash memory as RAM,

    1. BACKUP your documents
    2. Find your Vista install DVD
    3. Put it into your computer and run it
    4. Select clean install
    5. Select the partition you have Vista on at the moment
    6. Install over your current vista

If you still need more speed use ready boost as suggested above.
Lets set the stage on fire, and hollywood will be jealous.
