DropDown Navigation/menu in DIVs?

Is it possible to do dropdown navigation/menus in DIVs and javascript or whatever?

Sorry about double post, couldn't edit the previous one, here is two variations of the horizontal drop down menu - although it uses links (a's) and not solely (divs), it's better this way - I prefer lists to be honest (ul and li). Enjoy.
